After the cutoff dates, rooms will be at market rate on a space available basis.

Fees: See details on registration form. Generally, the sooner you register and the more activities you participate in, the more savings you will be able to achieve (See "Register Early section"). Please also read policy on withdrawal.

Withdrawal: Only written notification of withdrawal is accepted. Postmarked before February 15, 2017: Full refund less $100.00 processing fee. On or after February 16, 2017: 10% administrative charge. On or after April 16, 2017: no refund; there will be no exceptions. For good cause and with timely written notification, attendance of courses may be deferred to 2018 with 10% administrative charge, plus the difference in registration fees, if any. Please refer to Conference Rules upon registration.

Accreditation for Acupuncture Course: The program provides a minimum of 100 clinical hours of training in acupuncture. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of PeerPoint Medical Education Institute, LLC and Academy of Pain Research. PeerPoint Medical Education Institute, LLC is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Phase 1 enduring material: PeerPoint Medical Education Institute, LLC designates this enduring material for a maximum of 114 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Phase 2 live activity: PeerPoint Medical Education Institute, LLC designates this live activity for a maximum of 64 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Phase 3 enduring material: PeerPoint Medical Education Institute, LLC designates this enduring material for a maximum of 152 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
